U.S. Runner Molly Seidel Wins Olympic Bronze In Her Third Ever Marathon

The 27-year-old from Wisconsin pulled off an upset and is leaving Japan with a bronze medal around her neck. Her first-ever marathon was when she qualified to run in the Olympics.

Naeher was injured in the Olympic semifinal loss against Canada. Naeher landed awkwardly trying to swat the ball away in the first half. She played for a few more minutes and then was substituted out.
