International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach says individual athletes will have chances to prove that they're "clean," in the face of doping allegations that have embroiled the Russian team.

After the retesting of samples from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, dozens of athletes from six sports could be banned from the 2016 Games in Rio, the International Olympic Committee said.

The changes adopted today at a two-day meeting in Monaco include a new Olympic channel. They are all part of biggest change in decades to the International Olympic Committee.

The International Olympic Committee recognized that American figure skaters Vivian and Ronald Joseph, who originally finished fourth, won the bronze at the 1964 Winter Games in Innsbruck, Austria.
