Caught In Hurricane Florence's Path
Hurricane Florence made landfall on the North Carolina coast early Friday morning. NPR hears from residents who witnessed the storm's damage.
As Florence lurches across the state, it brings with it many hazards: high-speed winds capable of downing trees, and those same trees falling on power lines.
Hurricane Florence has slowed and is now crawling to the west at 6 mph.
