A federal appeals court has permitted the Justice Department to resume its use of classified records seized from Donal Trump's Florida estate as part of its ongoing criminal investigation.

The House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol, seen during a public session in July. The panel has scheduled another hearing for next week.
