Filed as part of a motion to dismiss charges against one of the officers, the transcripts also appear to show an officer expressing concern about Floyd's well-being in the moments before his death.
Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill said the trial date assumed that the former officers would be tried together, but that he expected motions to be filed for separate trials.
The 20-page report released Wednesday shows that Floyd tested positive for the virus in early April. It also confirmed fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system at the time of death.
