George Floyd's death at the hands of police sparked protests around the world. His family's private service Tuesday follows public memorials that drew thousands of mourners.

This will be the last of Floyd's public memorial services, which have previously been held in Raeford, N.C., and in Minneapolis, where he was killed by police on May 25.

The blast was felt more than 30 miles away, knocking homes off their foundations and casting debris about half a mile. A criminal probe is underway, though it's not clear what caused the explosion.

Investigators filed capital murder charges against Larry Woodruffe on Tuesday. The 24-year-old was picked up on Jan. 5 after investigators received a tip connecting him to the drive-by attack.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says Jazmine's family was not the target of the Dec. 30 shooting.
