Zephen Allen Xaver, 21, has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder after allegedly killing five women inside a bank in Sebring, Fla., on Wednesday.
Police say they responded to a 911 call from someone who said he had opened fire in a SunTrust bank in Sebring, Fla., on Wednesday afternoon. The suspect is a former trainee prison guard.
The FBI says they've found no evidence of "radicalization" of the shooter, Ian David Long, at the mass shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, Calif., earlier this month.
Authorities have identified the gunman as Ian David Long, 28, a Marine Corps veteran. The Ventura County, Calif., sheriff says his office had a number of interactions with Long in recent years.
