Defense Secretary Carter Vows To Step Up Campaign Against ISIS

With Russia entering the Syria battlefield and the first U.S. combat casualty in the fight against the Islamic State, Defense Secretary Ash Carter tells Congress the U.S. is stepping up its campaign against ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
