Black lawmakers at the North Carolina General Assembly say they'll file legislation next year requiring some or all law enforcement officers to wear body cameras.

Congresswoman Alma Adams has been sworn in and will represent the 12th congressional district, which includes Greensboro, Winston-Salem High Point, and Charlotte.
