Michael Avenatti was sentenced for stealing about $300,000 from Daniels, the porn actor who catapulted him to fame as he represented her during her legal battles with then-President Donald Trump.

The lawyer was convicted of charges he cheated the porn actor out of money she was supposed to get for writing a book about an alleged tryst with former President Donald Trump.

The officers include a police commander, a lieutenant, a sergeant and two of the officers who arrested Stephanie Clifford — better known as Stormy Daniels — last summer in Columbus.

The lawyer, who represented Stormy Daniels and is already facing federal financial crimes charges, has been indicted on 36 counts of embezzlement and fraud by a California federal grand jury.

The president says he never directed his onetime personal attorney Michael Cohen to do anything wrong. Cohen pleaded guilty Wednesday to making illegal payments before the 2016 election.

The lawsuit was filed over a tweet President Trump sent in April suggesting Daniels was lying about being threatened in 2011 not to go public with her story of an alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

In her memoir, the porn star lures readers with salacious details of her alleged time with President Trump, then insists that those "two to three minutes" are the least interesting part of her life.

The adult entertainer who has sued President Trump was arrested on Wednesday while performing at a Columbus strip club, after a patron allegedly touched her on stage.
