Winston-Salem bonds

Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school officials are deciding on their best option in choosing a bond package expected to be on the 2016 ballot.

Winston-Salem's city government will appoint a citizen's committee to oversee the bond package passed last week.

The bond issues in Winston-Salem won handily in yesterday's election. City voters approved all five by margins ranging from 30 to 40 per cent.
