The pilots union says more than 15,000 American Airlines' flights are without pilots because of a glitch in the system that granted more pilots time off over the holidays than it should have.
"On Monday night, we received a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer," NBC News Chairman Andrew Lack said in a statement.
